About Talo

Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Catie and aside from my love of sourdough, I also have a few other sides to me!

A year ago, I moved to Montana from Michigan- my home state! I followed my dreams to be a horse trainer and to be with the love of my life. My sourdough starter came from my in laws, yet grew into a different monster with me! When I first learned about sourdough I had no idea if I could digest it. With being gluten intolerant I truthfully thought bread was never gonna be an option again for me. That all changed when I had my first loaf and zero reactions!!

With this discovery I had to know and learn more about sourdough. The World Wide Web became my oyster and I found myself hunting down recipes every week to try something new. When my family and friends found out about this new endeavor, they had to try it! Quickly I formed a business without even knowing it. My love of baking became a new business venture for me and keeps growing by the days! I feel humbled and lucky to share my love of baking with my community.

My main goal with this business is to not only expand, but deliver quality and soy free products to friends and family near and far! I pride myself in creating healthy and affordable products to you. Each baked food is sprinkled with a dose of love and I hope you taste that in every bite.
